Nice relation ship with my coworkers. I am exposed in different aspect of the business, purchasing, Food safety, quality and new product development. What I enjoy the most is the the relation ship I have with my coworkers but the management are not great and there is no improvement in terms a salary or promotion. No way to grow with your careers

Pros: Good work life and balance
Cons: Long working hours and no great opportunities for promotion

Thew company is the great platform to grow,. everyone is hands on. Executives are more reasonable they create a excellent conducive working environment
