This job has given me the opportunity to learn ISO standards and SABS compliance.

My daily duties are to set up all the accounts for the day. I check and record the daily sales and expenses. I have to make sure that the drivers carry out duties that are given by reception. I ensure the smooth running of the administration. My job is to be aware of my surrounding and the nature in which staff handle themselves with each other as well as customers. I have learnt that it is always important to listen. I enjoy most that I was given an opportunity to learn new systems.

Pros: I have just received an increase and their seems to be a steady growth in the company.
Cons: The workings hours are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

This job has been an excellent learning opportunity in the management sector.

A typical day starts at 7:00 pm. I start of by making sure that the change of shift takes over well. I ensure that staff is present and that they are given their necessary task for the day. I then proceed with all debtors and creditors queries and capturing. The most challenging of the task s to implement the ISO standards for SABS certification.

Pros: I only work 4 days a week
Cons: My working day is from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
