I am still on the learning curve

My job for everyday is to ensure that i run a succesful business as there a work tools that must be in place. Relationship with co-workers is good even though we fight over small things but i try my level best to ensure that when my shift ends there's peace between me and my co-workers. I am still on learning curve as there are new things popping up each and everyday, i do my best to adjust to them, and i am also learning things from my co-workers and they are also learning one or two things from me. What i enjoy most is, the atmosphere in my workplace is healthy, we treat each other with respect and we work as team to ensure that our clients leave the place happy. Bottlenecks are the most challenges i sometimes come across them, by bottleneck i mean when maybe one of co-workers is not feeling well and i don't have somebody to work on her/his place to fill that gap.

Pros: I am willing to learn a lot at this company and my main purpose is to ensure that i take this company up to top maps.
Cons: 7.5 per day
