What is like to work at my company

I have a stroug relationship with my co-worker, we work well together as a team. I have leant alot both senoir to jouior payroll dutys. The most i enjoy about my work is that it keeps you focused and concentraed at most levels. The most challenges is making a mistake on a payroll system.

What have i learnt

1. Calculations of overtime 2. Capturing overtime on Excel Spreadsheet 3. Capturing overtime on Payday System 4. Printing of Schedules 5. Printing Reports 6. Changing of Baking details 7. Other functions on Payday system 8. Calculating Acting 9. Calculating Resignations

Deticated to work and willing to learn

review reconciliations and patience is the core function of the work since other people from other section fail to corporate but the last thing will do is to do the work of another person as they intend not to do the working knowing very well that reporting section has to finalised and they will do it rather take responsibility to teach him/her if they don't know how to go about doing the work. I'm enjoying this job cause you get to be exposed to all sections of the municipality and get to know how they operate.

Pros: Growth is there but problem you dont get good position because you are capable other mecanism are used to prote employees such as project phambili
Cons: working hor are normal hours 8 hours and overtime if required max 3hours
