My company has given me a opportunity to know the value of team work, deadlines and , pressure. Working in a team, and likewise performing solo. Deadlines cannot be negotiated, targets are to be met and it being not negotiable. Following practices, processes and procedures. Emotional management reaps emotional decisions. Some days are diamonds and some days are stone. Meetings, instructions and delegation. As a field service technician you are taught to be prepared, sharp, creative and reliable. Learned discipline, prioritizing and time management. Working with people, outrageous difficult stubborn headstrong and plain hard to please. I am not a weak walk over or push around kind of person but has been blessed with a personality to communicate and meeting any body at any level, and as a person that takes pride in my job, aim to please and exceed. Challenges, frustrations ya plenty. I listen evaluate investigate, communicate examine and fix. Worked on the harbor in Durban wow.

This taught me to think quickly

Typical work day has day to day challenges with equipment and staff. Training the apprentices in the right and safe working procedures and well taking in what has been practically learnt.

Wonderful learning curve and growth experienced

No one day is the same and working with different business units everyday with their diverse cultures are always interesting. I have great relationship with my co workers and enjoy working with them as a team and one on one projects. I enjoy finding new ways to market the business and measuring the return on investment in the monthly reports

Business management

A typical day at work will be month end when we closing jobs and we want to invoice. During the week on Thursday when we we having wip meeting with management. The relationship at work is OK if you know what you want and want to do I have learn a lot dealing with different currectors of people. The most challenging aspect of the job is when finding a difficult customer.

Learning curve

Not a bad cumpeny only the manusment was not up to standert empty promese. Nice product to work on , cumpeny benefits not to bad .i have leand not to trust your co worker
