Good learning curve

Its very hard to work at this company, The department i work in is very important and demanding. The work load is too mach for one person but i have a co-worker that does not have any interest in working or drive to even help. Everybody is narrow minded when it comes to work they do what they have too and go home. Its is very hard to not have the energy , drive or hunger to enjoy working or coming to work. Helping, or working with people that have no interest in work is stressing because it makes ones work twice as hard because they not giving their all not willing to go an extra mile because they see no point. I love my job, i enjoy working with my team and those are the people that incarage me to push and do my work and my family. But if i had to choose or change anything in the company. i would change the management department the ways of thinking and treatment .

Pros: no oppotunity for increase or good treament
Cons: long working hours for me

Dynamic and motivated

Typical work day can be busy or very quiet depending on phone calls I am always busy with machine PDI's and taking calls from customers I get along well with my co-workers and have learnt a lot from them I have learnt to work under pressure and how to use my time well to be able to complete my tasks The best part of the job is a satisfied customer and building a good relationship with a customer Dealing with short deadlines and impatient customers

Pros: Good learning curve
Cons: hectic days
