Working under pressure Motivating employees on working safely and maintaining the safe working environment free from any form hazards Able to solve any challenges relating to the health and safety including the wellness of employees Good communication and mediator in all the problems between employees I have learnt that health and safety is an important aspect in every workplace and that failure to ensure compliance and coming up with control measures for any identified hazards may lead to fatalities and injury to employees. Enjoy coaching and communicating safe working method to all employees and management. Challenges we face include among others failure by the employers to comply in regard to health and safety or even failing to include health and safety aspects in the planning of work.

Excellence in Ifrastructure Development

I’m a vibrant lady who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, I’m fully computer literate and have knowledge and excellent on the following: MS Word, MS Office, MS Excel, Publisher, Photoshop and admin work in General. I am willing to grow within the Department and having strong communication skills verbal & non-verbal I worked as a bidding co-ordinator for 5 years and have the strong knowledge on Procurement. I need to work for a company that enables me to utilise my skills within the field to make a positive contribution to the company. To develop a professional career at field where I can apply my knowledge, talents and Ideas that I have for the company that offers me the opportunities that promotes the continuous success. Excellent learning curve

The most challenging aspects of my job is wages. Most of my colleagues are illiterate so I have to explain to them what they don't understand in their payslip. Other than that we work well together. I enjoy my weekends as I work 7-5 Mon - Fri.

The working environment is not healthy, long hours and more responsibilities.

The working environment is not healthy, long hours and more responsibilities. People are complaining everyday of late payments of their salaries.Creating a filing system that made everyone more organised Preparing new employees files Creating and distributing documents Organising the company database so we kept in touch with clients. Making sure the managers kept good records of client’s orders’

Well organised company principles and nice work experience

Daily 8 hr working day. Managing and supervise 15 subordinates and in good relationship. Working well with all departmental managers and site engineers. Gained experience on interpreting drawings , a little bit of civil engineering basics. Gained knowledge on most spare parts for TATA , MERCEDES BENZ and FUSO trucks.

Pros: Great working enviroment and challenging opportunity
Cons: Always working under preassure to meet targets.
