Working with excellent faculty and colleagues with various knowledge disciplines really grows your networks and skills - it pushes you to learn and grow. The ability to network across industries and levels - CEO's to Graduates. International travel and ability to network internationally Fast paced and long hours when you are delivering programmes Work on multiple projects in a day - have to be client centric and turnaround times need to be quick Problem Solving mindset Adherence to policy when running accredited programmes - policy changes are ongoing Energy and passion around learning and everyone working to create a great client experience

Pros: Depth of skill built over time from an HR, Learning and Business point of view, Study for free, Great networks, opportunity for travel
Cons: Long hours, Fast pace environment switching between programmes, process of change in the environment (new systems and processes) change fatigue, duplication of work due to processes still changing, remuneration and bonuses not competitive as we are not for profit

The organisation provides a wonderful blend of delivering high quality solutions to clients while providing a nurturing environment for employees to achieve their personal aspirations.

Great learning curve

Working at GIBS is really interesting and there is always something new to learn. The people, culture and how we collaborate is amazing and the desire to see change and have an impact in our clients sets us at a very high level. I've built great relationships with both co-workers and clients.

People prioritisation at the core of business

Inclusive and open work culture, prioritises the employee, flat hierarchical structure, co-workers are supportive and always willing to lend a hand. Managing people can be somewhat challenging so can managing some of our clients. There are opportunities to travel and study. It’s a people-first organisation.

Pros: Opportunities to learn and grow.
Cons: Toxic individuals in senior roles
