Its providing a great exposure

The opportunity give me a breaking ground to building industry as a young and hungry engineer ,I have worked with the site forman and fellow technicians doing setting outs and monitoring works , keeping daily work as a functioning team that allowed me to see the best I possible can acquire , I have successfully learned how to lead the team of more than ten people it was a Eye opening challenge but we all workit is a great honor to have worked at Gordon builder.

Pros: promotion is a long Short
Cons: working hours are 9 but where necessary

Good learning experience

Gordon Builders has done many big projects of which I am lucky to be have been a part of and leaned a lot from it. Certain chellenges of not being able to work on one's own and make executive decisons

Pros: Learning from experiences foerman
Cons: No room for promotion
