Excellent dealing with clients

A typical work day I enjoy Mondays, mostly because it the day to organize everything for the week. I find out – proactively – what their priorities are for the week, meeting with team for half hour to communicate the clients’ needs and organizing the team schedules around the client’s priorities. Your relationship with co-workers I am a very talkative persons and I am allows on the good mood. If am not around its easy to see because I like making everyone happy. What you have learnt Listening is a very important thing in life What you enjoy most Being around friendly people and learning new things The most challenging aspects of the job Getting a person that speaks fast and not like repeating themselves

Excellent Learning

At Goodfellas, we work remotely and independently. We are on standby and as soon as ta booking is assigned we go out to work. The job is to pick up clients that are under the influence of alcohol or tired and take them home with their own cars. I enjoy the fact that I work without needing supervision and I was given the responsibility of recruiting, training and test driving new recruits and breathalyse drivers before their shifts. The most challenging aspects of the job is that you work only at nights and dealing with people under the influence of alcohol

Great start up job

On a typical day I get about 2 call outs depending on my shift availability and which shift I work. That can be a 3 hour shift or an 8 hour shift. My relationship with co workers is fairly good. I have learned to manage time better I enjoy discovering the different areas and diversity in those areas The most challenging is to keep a cool head under pressure

Excellent working environment

Ehat we do on daily basis we take incoming calls and we make outgoing calls. We also deal with queries. We have a great relationship with coworkers because if we want the work load to go smoothly we have to work with each other that is teamwork. I have learnt Data capturing skills. I enjoy the challenges because that's what keeps me going.
