It's was a room for growth

I was working as front desk receptionist doing my inservice training there The relationship between I and my co workers was excellent because they were so supporting and able to help each other My duties was to do welcoming to the guest provide them the guest with information Check in and checkout guest Checking the expcted guests for the days and payments Opening the shift by checking they petty cash , room keys and occupied rooms Our birthdays were celebrated at the hotel nd my managers were doing the recognition if you did well The most challenging aspect is when guest made a booking with no understanding on how we charge per night for example booking one room for one person when they arrive it's a family Lol

Excellent learning
