New challenge and learning curve

• Writing of orders • Loading the orders on RTS / Back office • Check all amendments. • Weekly follow ups with buyers ass/buyers if orders are delivered and still in files. • Checking in styles at DC. • Load pictures of styles on style cards (sell off report). • Printing of barcodes for local and import suppliers. • Add stickers on shipment samples, supplier, units, RSP, CP, PIS, price tearing. • Assist buyer’s assistant with housekeeping. • Keep book of arrival of fit/pp and shipment samples. • Store visits at least once a month.

Pros: I am a quick learner have been at Good Hope Sales for 8 years and and have grown in 3 different dept's without qualifications, however on the job training
Cons: I do not mind putting in the extra time to get the job done. Its all about team work and making sure your dept. strives

New challenge in different environment / Better wage

I am the admin Clerk of the Mens and Boys outerwear dept. I am a team player. . .love helping out where its needed i.e. assist Buyer in getting stock from a supplier currently needed and checking if value bought fits into OTB. I do all the amendments on RTS Back Office on cost/RSP/units/delivery dates etc. Receiving has to check with me on a daily basis as to whether delivery from a local or import supplier is needed. I take pics of all stock/regular stock bought and upload to the intranet. I write all the orders into the order book (manual systems still), and take to the buyer and planner to sign off, once that approval is made its immediately uploaded to RTS.

Pros: Currently no promotion oppurtunities available
Cons: If the need be i will work the long hours to get the job done

Excellent learning curve and growth within company

Hard worker

I am a hard working punctual person and always willing to learn and grow professionally. If need be i am also willing to go the extra mile in my job and working over time not a problem for me. I am available at any time as i am currently uneployed. I had a good relationship with my co workers and inter action. What i like most is doing physical work and not sit behind a desk. There were many challenges that i cannot sort one put because i enjoyed my work and welcomed all challenges. Nothing i did was hard to do. So give a chance I would be able to prove myself and abilities.

Love the challenges. Enjoy the enviroment. Love working and supervising my team

Work day - making sure that received stock is counted 100% - Prepare unfinished and query stock for next department to distribute. Relationship with co-workers - I am honoured to work with a great team and have their support on every level. Learnt - Coming from Stores I had no idea about distributing but am proud to say that I have learnt tremendously. I have learnt what happens before the garment arrive at the store. I have learnt what value goes into every garment just to make it perfect for the consumer and it has taught me to appreciate every moment I spend in shops. Enjoy - Enjoy the challenge, the deadlines, the people. Most of all I enjoy the end product. Standing back and knowing that perfect stock is the handy work of myself and the staff I supervise. Most challenging - Planning department not giving the correct information and not being on time which make me put my staff under unnecessary pressure.

Relationship with my co workers

I have a great relationship with my co workers, there is mutual respect and teamwork. The challenge is to make sure the project gets completed within budget and time frame ork

Good learning curve

Respecting each other at work is the best.But as a worker you must try to fit to all types of people.Sometimes at work I get hurt,but at the same time I sort out those kind of problems simply because I spend more hours at work.I try not to fight,controll my anger because at the end of the day can put me in trouble.Yes it's good to have or to keep good relationship at work for so many reasons.
