Great learning opportunity, but unfortunately no room for growth

I always arrive early to make sure the bosses office is neat and respectable. I will greet all my co-workers as they arrive one by one and ask them how their evening or weekend was. They generally like to chat to me on their way to their offices. I have a good relationship with everyone in our office. We enjoy lunches together and the occasional after hours social. At my current employment I have learned a tremendous amount about the world of Accounting. I started off here as a PA/Office Administrator and now multitask between two positions, working as the Debtors Clerk and Accounts Assistant for two accountants.The most challenging aspects of my position is the ever changing travel arrangements I am solely in charge of. I am the hub of the companies travel arranging, for which change constantly and can be extremely tricking at times, especially with international travel. I however welcome the challenges I face here.

Pros: Comfortable work environment, Close at 13:00 every second Friday, Great relationship with all co-workers, Exciting challenges daily.
Cons: No room for growth financially, Company busy retrenching, No salary increase in almost three years, Only 30 minute lunch break, Far commute from home, but am will to relocate for the right position, Favoritism which results in unfairness and bickering among employees (I do not get involved in this, I am a peace keeper).

Excellent learning curve

Extremely busy all athe time. Do two companies books. RRelationships with co-works proffessional. I have learnt how to work under pressure. I enjoy sorting out problems, accounts that don't balance etc. Challenges were when the company was in errors for 4 months and I had to deal with all the complaints regarding no payments.

Pros: Have my own office
Cons: No promotions availability
