Excellent support from managers and exco/Directors

I have been employed in the health & safety and security industries for the last 25 years. I currently manage 70 branches nationally, as well as in Swaziland in the gaming industry. I have 5 National operation Managers, 40 General Managers, 70 duty Managers, 140 safety representatives, 140 first aiders, 140 fire fighters, as direct reports to me in health and safety in the Group. I have developed the health and safety management system, and implemented the safety management system throughout the group on a national basis, to a “zero tolerance” rate. I conduct all the legally required health and safety training internally for the group, and train 600 staff members annually within the group. My knowledge, expertise and service have made me successful within the industry.

My current job allows me to actively participate in all aspects of the business. I am currently responsible for the Marketing and Advertising of a medium Casino operation but have been involved with large scale eventing at other properties. My daily responsibilities include management of staff, stock control and ordering, control of cash flow, customer service, daily promotions and Advertising, and overall effective running of the operations.

Pros: Company is growing at a phenomenal rate
Cons: Salaries are not great

Gpod company to work for, they take care of their employees,they believe in promoting with, and offer employees bursaries to better skills pany to work for

Excellent learning curve

Not too much workload,travel long distances to visit sites,submit weekly and monthly reports,have a good working relationship with colleagues, enjoy meeting new people and interacting with clients and meeting new challenges

My work is demanding and requires one to keep up as the industry changes all the time

It has been an amazing experience workifor the company, the people have been amazing and it really is an eye opener for me, as this has been a whole different experience in this industry. I

Excellent learning curve, great opportunities to grow, wonderful staff members

The company is great to work in if your looking to communicate with customers most of the time. Staff are real good team players. Growth potential is definitely there and it's a very enjoyable field to work in.
