Excellent learning curve

working at Merchants its a learning curve, i have always worked doing customer service on a face face basis. having to do a tellephonical customer service its demanding and challenging however i am enjoying the challenge, i have a strong relationship with my co-workers we support each other to give the best customer service.

Customer service

Making sure that there's a smooth running of operation during my shift Making sure that there's enough resources to perform duties for my subordinate Fulfilling management duties and making sure that company rules and procedures are followed at every time The must difficult situation is when there's a shortage of staff and there's lot of customers To put a smile on customer and the cashier when done performing a transaction

Learning experience

The casino industry is hetic espicially in goldreef because we are responsible for the IT support casino,the theme park n the aparthied museum. All these responsibility reqiure one to have a good work ethic ....when i work mornging shifts i always work an hour extra without compinsation. We have tasks n projects every month. We handle basic IT support to advance....networks n telephonic system(PABX) n printers,micros back end system on the server sql n symentec back up system.

Pros: Learning to dynamic
Cons: Shifts

Excellent accuracy skills and computerslills and customer skills

A day at previous employer includes excel spreadsheet and sending revenue daily Compilation of different departmental paperwork and audits there off. I would experience the best working environment and communication from fellow workers. I have learned excellent computer skills and also to be accurate when working with huge figures What o enjoyed most was solution finding The most challenging was when other colleagues did not bring their A game and this would affect the revenue figures

Pros: You learn how other departments work
Cons: They did not like change
