Great learning curve

1. Making sure Paper work gets in. 2. Process of Invoices on Accpac. 3. Process Recons monthly 4. Making sure everything balances. 5. Send Recons through for payment. 6. Apply pre-payments on A/P. 7. Allocating Payments. 8. Checking of banking details. 9. Prepare, check and process EFT payments 10. Answering of Telephones and solving queries. 11. Taking messages. 12. Make sure everything is done before month end. 13. And Basic Admin duties.
