Good learning curve

It was a great place to work in apart from working shifts. I managed to start at junior level n got training until i got to become a supervisor. I got a chance to be able to train new staff n be able to be responsible for running a shift on my own so it was a great place.

Great customer service

Excellent industry for a person to learn about great customer service and to be able to work in a fast and busy environment. I work with great colleagues and managers. We also get lunch at and work!

Pros: free meals at work. smoking lounge with tv. great environment to sharpen service skills
Cons: long hours, shifts, racist customers.
