Good learning curve, professionally and personal.

I have started at this company with my eyes full of stars, and ideas of how to contribute. And it did indeed give me immense satisfaction to contribute and gain insight band perspective on how well the who men process is flowing. It did not demotivate me once I realised I am not required to reinvent the wheel, but inspired me to make small tweaksbto better a very good system. But after some time I realised that change is resisted with such a great force, and that my career will not develop any further. Ironic that same minded people are no longer employed by the company.

Pros: Being able to use scientific reasoning
Cons: Not being able to excite the scientific reasoning
