Excellect daily learning curve

A typical day is capturing of all receiving stock into the system, liaising with suppliers should there be any stock discrepancies, requesting invoices/credit notes, compiling these documents to the relevant POD's/GRN's Creating a fun working environment but having a productive day meeting deadlines. Working well with co-workers promoting team work. Whilst my time spent at this company i have learnt a lot of the agriculture industry, especially the seasonal products, handling of Chep account, stock movements between branches. i enjoyed the interaction with my co-workers and dealing and building healthy business relationships with suppliers. The most challenging about the held position is keeping track of all stock moving in and out of the business...especially when there has been a communication barrier related to certain stock movements and investigation needs to be conducted.

I enjoy my job especially when i do anaylsis, and the working environment is perfect.

G/H is a good company to work for, great culture, good working environment, good exposure. the only challenge is the salary, I feel like ibeing under paid, loolooking at the responsibilities I have and the dedication and hard working I put in my role.oog7d exposure

Good learning eviroment

To help the company grow.I learned how to be a good team leader.Always try to learn yourself for the best interest of the company.all of the staff is being motivated to always be on the top of their work and in a good way.I had the best managers any worker would like to work with.

Excellent Learning Curve

This has been a very dynamic , fast paceed environment which often entails - multitasking, prioritising and has required quick thinking and dealing well under pressure. The most valuable part of the role to me, though I have thoroughly enjoyed the financial and management aspects was the oppertunity to manage the team as well as spearhead the implementation of finance policies, processes and procedures. The role entails performing detailed reconiliations, analysis and involded full function bookkeepin and accounting. It has been thrilling being involved as a a Senior Finance team member on high level financial reporting and participating in finalisation of the mamnagement pack.

Cons: Minimal growth and developement oppertunities

Laid back culture

Not much team work here and no sense of urgency in meeting deadlines from team members. I love the flexible hours and option to work from home occasionally.

Pros: Flexible working hours
Cons: Company is undergoing financial difficulty and staff has been put on short time. No increases or bonuses for past two years.
