Amazing journey

Excellent learning curve and a great company to start up ones career. Had a great support of people who believed in me. Great teachers who kept their doors open. I have learned a lot about dealing with sports teams, government groups and private sector clients. My conference experience grew and my love for food and Beverage started in this company. I have in 3 units within the company and well aware that there is a huge room for growth. The support of my team has been amazing in all units and intra relationships with other departments and other units has been nothing but amazing. However it was always a challenge starting with a new team since you are always required to out do or prove yourself as a woman to the team. I had an opportunity to study emotional intelligence within the groups academy and it has helped me to navigate my way around different personalities and to gain the buy in of my teams as a whole.

Great Company and good benefits.

The company is good but Exec Managers are rude and use people to do their dirty work and if you do not,they find a way to fire you or get you to resign.

Pros: Great Company and vast opportunities
Cons: Executive Managers are bullies and racist,if you don't do their little dirty work then you become an enemy

Ensure that what is actually paid correspond with the bank statement

Dealing with bank queries and outside department Interact with staff assisting on what is required Teamwork and striving to be thee best Communication is the best and manner of approach is attending issues Sharing ideas and improving your knowledge The most challenging is to implement change to things that has been done the same way in many years.
