I have learnt to get along with different ethics people
To always ensure that you respect other people for as much as you also want them to respect you. When my colleague commit fraud and I must investigate them. Playing around with interviewing skill questionnaire when interrogating the suspects. Always keep business relationship with my colleagues and nothing else. Multitasking skill, always prioritise the job of more important priority and tackle the less one after. Ensure that time management is of most priority so that I complete task in time. I have learnt to works closely with HR (Industrial Relations) to ensure that appropriate disciplinary action is initiated where required. Also learnt more about disaster management and Health and safety issues.

Good team work and equipments for testing electronics devices
Too many shifts to work but good team work, good opportunity to learn how to repair and de, not easy to grow as a person since there are few positions in the technical industry sign electronic devices

Excellent customer service and team work
I am a hard working person with excellent customer service and willing to go extra mile in the company.I recently work as a cashier,doing pay outs,forex exchange,bank cards withdrawals and data capture.

Working in a casino was a best thing thats ever happen to me it was my first job and it was great working there i worked there for 9yrs as a cashier challenging that i have it was when u not balacing with a lot of money and you have to pay it back

Good for learning customer service
I have enjoyed being part of the company so everyday was the best. We allways had a very good team work which made our job eazy. respect is the basic thing to one another wich was learned every working day. The competions with co-workers regarding our work is what i enjoyed most. The challenging part was when dealing with drunk and disrespectful customers who will threaten us or wait for us outside to kill us due to loosing a lot of money on our tables.

Working in the casino industry has taught me a lot about supervising, different skills, data capturing, banking, staff management and customer service and ability to constantly smile regardless The job is challenging and exciting at the same time in terms of processing and generating revenue for the entire casino and send out reports timeously There is great relationship with the coworkers as we work in teams daily i enjoy the last part of the day where im expected to balance cash and system and ensure that there is no variance at the end of the day

Worame compTo work for the same company for such a long time with no growth it does demotivated employees. More especially when one has taken an initiative to empower themselves with better Education and skills I guess it all comes back to good ethics and leadership of an entity.
