Excellent learning curve

Gold reef is a small waterbased polymer company. Chances if growth are a bit slim. With all the responsibilities I had and the long hours I had worked, I felt that I was underpaid. People are very friendly. And working there is very nice but the salaries are too low. I have leant diverse management, time management, logistics, supervision, production planning and mostly research and development.

Motivated quality control analyst

Confident, creative self motivated and goal oriented person with good communication and interpersonal skills. I thrive under pressure and also work well in a team as well as independently. I have not only the determination to take the responsibility big the position but I believe that I can make success of it.

Pros: I want to further my studies and ending up seeing my self in a top management position
Cons: I can work 40 hours per week plus overtime if required
