Wanting more and growing in my job title

Would realy like to talk to some one. I can and will impress you. I am a go getting person. A team player and good friend and co worker. I dont drink and do t do braai. I work for my life and have very high living standards. Cleaning and safety comes firts. Noting is so important that it can not be done safely. Plz i would like to take my future and the company to the next level.

IM A HARDWORKING PERSON AND ALSO PASSIONATE ON WHAT I DO, IM A HARDWORKING PERSON WHO ENJOYS TO WORK I CHALLENGING POSITION, A COMPANY HAS ALREADY FORMED PART IN THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND ALSO PRODUCE A GREAT HARDWORKER AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS IN DIFFERENT AREAS

Good skill development

I have been retrenched.but it has been a wonderful experience gaining environment with different challenges everyday from people and machinery.working as a team leader was the most enjoyable moments of my time as we have to do breakdowns,standby and also have to work through underground difficult environment.challenges faced when breakdowns comes during knocking off time.convincing the co-workers to work unplanned overtime was test of my ability as a leader but I enjoy working with my team as with them we where a winning team at all time.nothing was impossible

Pros: was when i was been prompted from beeing a service person to become an artisan
Cons: was when installing a multistage pump

Good place for experience and growing

It's a good place to start a new method of Work with technology and modern way of mining and had time to educate myself so to pave my way through the industry

Big promissing industry,but does'nt develop in carees

Big industry with different level interms of earning,scarce growth on in developing carees.Poor management that focus on their pockets.no delvelopment,worker are being misstreated.to murch threats on workers promissing of firing.

Pros: No promotion there
Cons: 8 hours

Constant Learning and Growing

Highlights of my career have beenworking for a small mining house but through deligent and hard work, established from scratch a very successful Environmental Management Department that at my helm achieved zero non-compliance orders both internally and externally.
