Great Place for a first job as a student

This is my first job. I got it during my study period, while I was doing my third year at Durban University of Technology. I learnt how to interact with customers and how to handle money. I have a good relationship with my co-workers as well as those above me. I like working at Gold Circle because I'm improving my working experience abilities and it is such a friendly environment.

Exelent practical expirience and learning abilities

Good learning and self growth and traveling alawance provided on traveling to different locations and raising courses country wide as well as good management that help and guide you as you learn and that are aproachiable as well as they teach you how to grow your career and personal abilities.

I am a very easy person to work with.

I do enjoy working in my department I get a chance to meet different people and their mind,some days are typical because of large number of customers and money.and My colleague are strong in team work and I learn a lot from them. Thank you.

Pros: IT a very good place to gain knowledge.
Cons: It is very busy industry.

Fast learner who works well under pressure

It lt a horse racing company which deals with racing mostly and leasing of space to its creditors like when UNISA had to write exams they pay for the venues from us

Good way to learnn

It's a good environment, you get exposed to many good opportunities. Co-workers are friendy, the bbusiness is more about making money. Staff members even work on public holidays

Excellent

We work as team even though I have to be a leader sometime but I let everyone to participate in a office an deal with customers issue by themselves so that when they given some task to lead they won't be scarred . I love my job but I have to grow an have eig not stack in one place for 11 or more

GOOD ATTIDUDE AND EXCELLING STUDENT

I AM A PERSON WITH A HIGH INTERESTS IN LEARNING AND PRACTICING MY KNOWLADGE. ONE OF MY GREATES STRENGTH IS THAT I DONT LET GO OF ANY INFORMATION UN-MASTERED. ON THE PAST YEARS I ONCE ANNOUNCED THE TOP STUDENTS AMONGS OTHERS DUE TO MY RESULT OF MY HARD WORK. I AM ABLE TO SOLVE VERBALLY, PRACTICALLY, MATHEMATICALLY AD SCIENTIFICALLY PROBLEMS.

Exellent communication skills and team player

I am a lady who is well behaved and I am a hard worker and I love to learn new things that will grow my career and expand my own carrier. I learn how to drive and operate machines and equipments as well as drive a tractor and plant new flower beds and also answer call and order the best quote for any material needed.

Excellent learning curve

too noisy and customers are too harsh. the co- workers are too friendly. I loved when we gets tips especially on Durban July. the other problem is that when you are short they deduct that money on your salary irrespective of whether its stolen or the customers robbed you. and you always gets paid after 1 month which means if you worked in February you will get paid in April 25. they don't care where you will get money for transport.

Excellent growth

I worked at gold circle for 6 years. I first worked as an operator in d call center thereafter I got promoted to working as a support clerk. Working as an support clerk is challenging but exciting for me. We encounter different types of queries and clients. The best thing about working in the department is that we are self managed and we work as a team to complete task given to us. It's full of positivity.

Cons: Working weekends
