I have to respect the power of employyes, values such as innovation, care and respect.

I am hard working and eager to learn, Not even feel bad to ask about something im not sure of.Im still marketable based on aspects that i experienced in a mining industry, spending the whole day assisting employees with all their working resources such induction, paying for pensions and funerals, exit and engagement documents. I created a relevant working situation with employees and collegues. I have lernt to calm down and listen to employees. I enjoyed working at the walking center where i can be able to assist with every situation and correct information. Ignored gossips and focus on the job. The most challenging aspects its when you are being miscoated or misunderstood. its hectic you need to proove yourself beyond reasonable doubght .

Pros: Appreciation, or recognition and promotion for a good job well done.
Cons: Long hours at work are as part my contract .

I'm trainned in ferro chrome factory end chrome mining and coal mining

All my info is on my CV. Coal mine - I'm working on the belts : building new belts. Fixing belt jionts We do maintenace and daily check and report to formen. Each fitter got his area to maintane.

Pros: I would like to get premotion if possible
Cons: 10hrs per day
