Was a learning curve in the Rigging Industry

My position was not limited to P.A or Administrative Controller. I set up all the paper work for this company. From SHE to QMS and ISO systems. Headed up the entire paper work for the training facility that the company has in developing. Handled the HR, wages, viewing of contractors, reconed the PAYE and UIF and daily and monthlt expenses. Did debtors and creditors.

Pros: great opportunity to gain knowledge in a different cut throat industry
Cons: different aspect of equipment, terms and accurateness
