I have a good relationship with my co-workers, I like working as team player. I have learnt a lots from the company and i have grown a lots for the past 7 years. I enjoy challenges and willing to always learn new things.

Slow growth

Slow growth People stuck at old culture, do not want to learn a new system People working without PPE, wear own pesonal clothes Safety not prioritised Have to wait more than three months to get what you ordered from procurement department Jobs spec advertised not exactly what you do- lots of admin done Environmental safety regulations not adhered to

Pros: Good Manager helpful
Cons: Slow growth, resistant to change

Experience not to be wished on anyone

Heads of departments sit around and gossip the whole day. There is no direction or leadership. They do not bother about anyone but themselves they do not practice the company values. They resolve disputed by paying consultants and pushing people out of the business.

Pros: None
Cons: Expat domination with arrogance. Deceitful and bullish behaviour. Labour exploitation. Poor culture and extremely rude management committee. The heads of departments are arrogant and the CEO doesn't care that people have families he does what suits his family as long as he is comfortable. The heads of HR. ....oh yes there's 2 fighting for power don't care about the rest of the team....They are immature and petty. ...

I learn very fast and I am hardworker

I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I m an easy person good. I enjoy socializing and work very hard. I have learnt that working as a team is the best for the business. During month-end we work long hours and to try and finish the deadline.

Pros: Been voted as the best employee
Cons: Willing to work long hours

Great company

ork fir3 Great company to work for. It's allowed me to learn quickly. It is agile and innovative.  I've been promoted many times and given a lor of opportunities  Recently promoted to MC.
