Over minimum requirements on current position

I am always meeting my deadlines,my colleagues like me a lot.My bosses recommend me too. They listen to my opinions and support them. I have learn to work with international customers as well since i liaise with them on daily basis.

Pros: I do not see growth in the company since the company is not doing well because of economic factors.
Cons: we don't work overtimes.

Good learning and interaction with other people

Being working with other people was very good to me and we understand each other .people were friendly and helpful when they is something that you don't understand they give me advice. We usually takes trip to advertise our business. They support and care for
