Good experience

Very good environment learning more from my colleagues .Hard working and self pushing work load. The basic duties is to tracing employees; where by we do confirmation of employment by using available programmes io5 to capture and Lotus to Capture as the debtors information. The company is now using Traceps and XDS for tracing. regards Patience Mamello Tumisi

Learning new skills in different departments

The company is a small establishment it has about 45 employees and it's a great environment to work in. I work with a team of great colleagues whom has a great sense of humor.In the years i have been in the company i learned a lot about being a reliable team player and that good time management is very crucial and vital in our line of work.The most enjoyable moments are when the teams in all the departments meet their monthly targets and also team buildings.The most challenging part of the job is when a client have a very strict mandate that they want the company to follow in terms of the level of quality they require the company to deliver.
