Great challenges
Day to day job is to lease with corperate clients Somme in bringing in new business and maintaining existing clients. My relationship with co-workers is great as everything that we do is done as a team as we assist each other with each others weak and strong points in solving a problem. I have learnt that even being the best in the company I need learn how to humble and always learn from others. What I enjoy the most is being on the road travelling meeting new people. The most challenging aspect of my job is to convince a dissatisfied client to not cancell and continue with us.

Working within this telecoms company is a great adventure and experience. I love the work i do and feel highly motivated working with a great team. I look forward to work each morning as we have an awesome team. We strive for the best and always achieve our goals and targets. I work very well with my staff and KAMS and is highly respected. I assist with all issues and problems that they may face within the business environment and in closing and loading deals. my challenges is to always keep the team motivated and driven to ensure targets and criterias are followed.

Operations Administrator
My position provides complete administrative support to the organization. Works fairly independently, receiving a minimum level of detailed supervision and guidance. Maintains close and highly responsive relationship to day-to-day activities of the Executive. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced changing environment Relationship with co-workers - I have a positive relationship with my colleagues, we build each other strengths and always complimenting each other's work. I have learnt that taking responsibilities of your actions is key. if you make an error, don't try and hide it or shift the blame to someone else, acknowledge your mistakes and make it clear that you will fix it.
Pros: My job challenges me on a daily basis. I have a large scope of work which enhances my skill set. Office conditions are flexible and we enjoy the comfort and exposure of a corporate media giant. Perks are building good relations with prominent individuals in the industry.
Cons: The job holds no true security. While growth is possible, I feel taken advantage of as a strong independent worker. I carry a huge amount of responsibility with very few rewards. There are no benefits either making the burden of a personal life a bit over baring.

Excellent Product Knowledge
I am an effective and awesome team player who can add value due to my experience in the admin field. I can work both as a team player or as an individual. I work very well under pressure or time frame despite the workload or tasks given to me and always complete tasks before schedule. It's always important to start the day with a positive note. This keeps one confident and motivated in approaching the day. I would sort my emails. Prioritise the important work and work through it. I work very well with working colleagues and always maintain good relationship. Have learnt never to entertain office gossip and to always work work with dedication. I always enjoy given the opportunity to base my decisions and always pleasing and working with different calibre of people. Most challenges is to always know your product knowledge and technology as it changes all the time. This keeps your mind and yourself stimulated.

Learning curve
the job is filled with deadlines and angry customers with various queries that we have to deal with. the job is about constant training as the systems are constantly being upgraded. this job has taught me patience with every situation I'm faced with.

Sales Administrator
A typical work day would be to prioritise the workload for the day ahead. Address all emails and respond within the timeframe requested. My relation with co workers is excellent as i am always willing to assist or help whenever requested by fellow colleagues. Have learnt to always be polite and cooperative in working environment to have a proper an good system workflow within the company. I always enjoy meeting and working with different caliber of people . Always wanting to learn more within the company and focusing on the challenges and overcoming them.
