My relationship with my co workers was perfect..i have learned lots of things..i am a hardworking person who dedicated herself to work always..i also like work as a team and enjoy everyone's s company also listen to new ideas

A great company to work for

The job that I do is very interesting as every day its a new challenge , working for Globeflight is amazing , the staff / directors and shareholders are all hands on people that are always willing to assist . My branch director has thought me a lot during my years here and that he strongly believes that knowledge should be shared . In the morning all staff are hyped and ready to get out of teh depot we do scanning / checking and assisting couriers to load , then we generally monitor performanace and handle any queries that are given . Challenging part is to get all staff on the level that is required , we try daily and we are getting there .

Pros: international company that has room for growth
Cons: people get too comfortable and stay where there are

Fast learner and excellent group worker

I AM WILLING TO LEARN

I AM A QUITE PERSON ,HARD WORKER .HAVING GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO- WORKERS.I HAVE LEARNED A LOT AT GLOBEFLIGHT AS I STARTED WORKING AS A DATA CAPTURE FOR A YEAR THEN PROMOTED TO ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT FOR QUALITY CONTROLLER AND QUERY CLERK. I ENJOY A LOT AS AM LEARNING LOT OF THINGS .THE MOST CHALLENGING ABOUT QUALITY CONTROLLER IS THE INVOICING AS I HAVE TO BE ACCURATE SO THAT I MUST CHARGE THE CLIENT CORRECT AMOUNT AND SENDING OUT STATEMENTS TO CLIENT EVERY MONTH END.THEN AFTER CLOSING OFF MONTH END I HAD TO DO THE CREDIT NOTE IF THE IS ANY.RECEIVING CALLS FROM CLIENT REQUESTING THE CREDIT OR ANY INFORMATION REGARDING THE RATES.

Its alright

This place is not enjoyable to work at same thing everyday. I do the work load of 20 people and get paid the work of half a person. This company does not take care of its workers and they dont care what happens to you or how hard you work

It was a great experience and I am a good worker good at finding places and knowing where my.places are. Im very hard working. And love to take on challenges each day of my life and achieve my.goals

We use parcel perfect

I work nicely with my co-workers we work as a team in all times till month end when we make sure everyone is reching there dead line. Months ends are hactic but i manage well as i will work over time or on weekends before my dead line comes. I really enjoy the part when my client thanking me for the work well done that they got there invoices on time .

Love to learn new stuff

i work great with my co workers love the job i am doing and are deadline driven what i enjoy most is the creditors accounts payable side of finance the most challenging side of the job is the deadlines

Looking for growth and new opportunities

Typical day at work is hectic constantly busy.its a very demanding enviroment.I enjoy working within a framework of a team.When i started at the company i had no expirence and i technically know eveything there is to know about my current position and more.I enjoy that the staff is like family and that that management is approachable.The most challenging aspect at the moment is the shift because I cannot finish my matric.
