The Impossible Possible

New Business Analysis of On Boarding Clients. Process Analysis of the On Boarding Period Updates of Sales Team (Targets and Challenges) Additional process development for specific outcomes requirments We have a very close relationship at the company. Teams are very depended on each other. Teams work per specific time line and if the outcomes is not measured we as company carry the cost .. it is my responsiblity to make sure that the timelines are kept. I have learned that no matter the obstical or challenge that there is always an outcome or answer to be delivered .. and when we work toghert the impossible is achieveable. I enjoy that the company allows me the freedom to be challenge and to look for new opportunities that can and will take us to the next level. I like been put in uncomftorble possitions for it challenge me on new levels

Good learning curve

My relationship with my co-workers is very good, even though we hardly meet, I assisted them in telephonically and using email. I have learned to interpret complex queries and how to communicate with an angry client. I have also learned to train people on how to interpret the system rather than doing it for them. Also, to do a proper investigation if I’m not sure about my answer when I’m responding to clients. We work with a ticket system called Freshdesk, the system gives client ticket number when they raise some queries, so I enjoy it when at the end of the day I leave with zero tickets to do, that helps me to start the next day in a clean slate. Fuel investigation is the most challenging, I have to pull 8 or more fuel reports data to see what’s missing, make a decision without seeing the asset(trucks) can be challenging since I can go as far as testifying in the court of law.

Excellent learning curve

Our company is good but the commission structure is not good at all. They retire to fix it but I still meet target and work my butt off to show my worth here hut I get no commission in return. That is very demotivating to me and my colleagues. There is no support from management what so ever. We are on our own and KPI should always be met
