No increase no bonus no benefit

Our bosses are giving us empty promises every year about incentives and benefits that. They talked about uniform every year since I was working fo them bt still today I don't have any uniform. They told about incentives if we reach the target. Since even today we reach the target but they give nothing.. When you talk talk to them they give you empty promises

Excellent learning curve

Working for Global was a good learning curve in the transport field , dealing with motor vehicles and customers face to face on a daily basis taught me to be customer orientated and know what is customer expectation and satisfaction.. I've also learnt to be a team player and that made my relationship with my colleagues to be a good one..

Pros: Training was provided on regular basis
Cons: Underpaid
