Excellent learning experience in a new industry

Great company to work for always eager to help you when you need it. Customer satisfaction is GRS no 1 rule. There are fun times and crunch times GRS is a awesome learning curve unfortunately there is no growth opportunity.

Pros: frienly staff and alwayse eager to help
Cons: Long workinh ours after work at home

New Skills

I habe learnt new skills since joing the company, how to handle money,new systems,office package . Good working enviroment and also alot of work pressure so I learnt how to work under alot of traumendous pressure.

Pros: Good working hours, december break,no weekends
Cons: Less pay,no increments

I have learned a lot on the construction side of the business

I enjoy every moment of my work even through the toughest times, there is nothing more important then a profitable business. I take on a business as if it is my own. I also enjoy working with staff and customers.

Excellent work experience

Working at GRS I have leant to deal with many different personalities on all levels. It has given me experience in conflict resolutions and understanding what is required to complete a job successfully. The years before was amazing. I loved working with all the staff. Enjoyed the customer interaction. Learnt so many life lessons and working in male dominated environment.

Pros: Good benefits
Cons: No overtime. Bad management style
