Exposed to many facets of the telecommunications industry

Started off as a planner in the drafting department, the position allowed for varied travel, though typically for a day but the experience taught me how to plan the work ahead and trip ahead to minimise time delays. Was promoted to regional PM of the north, developed a bigger team to organize and run, had to schedule builds, maintain material levels, ensure builds are done on schedule and within budget. Then got promoted to National Head of Planning and technical.
