Learning to communicate

in global I learn a lot on meeting new people who are friendly like me they communicates we like family and at global we work hard 6 to 6 but sometimes I feel like not going back home because of communicate with workers we respect. each other and the manager use to come to us when we work he got a lot of jokes he make us to enjoy to work and the challenging thing at work when it weekend we work hard because lot trucks come with staff But at the end we enjoy

Pros: in global petroleum we work 6 to 6 that company is like a home because I spend hole day on my company

I wish I could get a better job

I do not like working here due to management does not respect the staff nor do they adhere to their contractual obligations. They are quick to be judge, jury and executioner. Staff are verbally abused daily. I have learnt nothing and enjoy nothing. Some of the staff are nice to work with. The most challenging aspect of my job is to wake up and force myself to work.

Cons: managment disregards staff
