Being employed at Global properties was something interesting in the sense that the work day was so busy .being working in accounts department its so demanding and needs a lot of commitment and focus to your work.Thus the pressure reconcile the accounting information,in a daily basis was the order of the day.My relationship with my workmates was so good and interesting because at my first day the staff members was so friendly and cooperative ,to such an extend that it gives me strength and courage about my job .The reporting structure or the line of authority was so good and this makes me feel at work .Working at reputable organization helped me a lot to learn about the working environment by building up my courage and upraise my experience in the accounting field.I also learn that time keeping and proper following the line of authority as well as the reporting structures at work is very important.I also learn that unity at work is a roadworthy to success in every organization.
Pros: the major strength l obtain from the company was experience ,this was a major booster to my carrier
Cons: the drawback l encountered was the issue of being changed from one branch to the other,that is the movement from one town to the other its stressome in the sense that it becames difficult for you to adopt to the new environment.

Top management styles
During my first day at Global ,life and work was so easy because the staff were very sociable. Team work was a necessity ,hence my relationship with co-workers was extremely good.I have learnt that the hierarchy or line of authority has to be followed. I was enjoying the time we meet for meeting with top management and we sit as a team at the same place and motivates me to the extent that i feel part and passel of the team . lastly but not least the challenge i face was moving from town to rural areas during workshop. You know changing the environment is not so easy.
Pros: Team work was a necessity,hence the work became easy
Cons: Delays by the management in making decisions
