Within global golf , I've have learned alot ,I believed that I have become a better person stronger mentally and physically, you deal with lots different people in and out side south africa,different companys aswell,but not enough to satisfy where I really wants to be.i want to be that person who can make a difference in the company to make others jobs easier,aswell as my own.o like to be hands on and global golf is keeping me behind in filing and accomplishes my dreams.my dreams and goals are to be hands on as a receptionist/administrations and to work my way up,not just to the top but to be there for each and every one who needs help from me,the hrs I would prefer working office hrs aswell and currently I'm more at work as home I dont mind pushing hrs but u also have to look after your workers and makes them feel at home at work place to,curently I dont get a bonus ,no other benefits..I'm looking forward working with you guys and meet the company benefits

Pros: I believe you have to work in order to grow,that is not just from you but as from management's.
Cons: Working hours I prefer office hrs ,monday to Fridays or every second weekend

Excellent learning

A very busy company on a day to day basis which is a good thing as we always have something to do and to learn about priorities and time managing,different types of stock along with different sizes,fun people to work with and some are very interesting,alot of duties to be carried out by one person

No room for growth in responsibilities

The environment is a very relaxed one which is great - however the hours are not great and neither is the salary. We have no benefits paid along with salary. The hours leave little time for family and life outside of work.

Good place to get back into work after being a stay at home dad for so long.

Client leads, putting out fires with orders or delivery that has gone wrong, helping work colleagues clients, operational processes not run I feel how the should in the warehouse

Pros: Good work and home life balance
Cons: No growth
