Growing environment

We work as a team in our financial department, I am the financial assistant manager working close to my manager and also the position encourages good communication and leadership to my team. I have leant that to be a good leader you need to work close to you team don't use dictatorship rather acknowledge the good work done and try to grow together with the team. The most challenging part of my job is to make shore that in a team of ten you understand each and every team mamber and know what they are doing as reports are done regularly which has gave me more experience with the reports, in all this is a grate experience as I am on my path to achieve my goals.

Advance Excel and Pastel

I am a person who is committed, reliable, honest, self motivated and have the willingness to learn. I have developed and improved in numerous skills, such integrity and accountability, problem solving, been able to work as a team and independently, good time management, good interpersonal skills, computer literacy such as (Pastel Partner, Micro-soft word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) also have developed the ability to work under pressure and take personal responsibility for result and I also have excellent analytical skill.

Working for a financial company is a great environment to be a part of , you get to learn and teach on all things relevant to money matters .. i personally have developed an appetite on teaching and informing those who don't know ..

I have learned on how to manage a branch and let it run smoothly

Within my experience I have grown allot in the company, working well with all of the employees. I started off as a junior call center agent to the compliance officer currently.

Enough for a living

It actually not about salary, I work in order to pursue my dreams, and to have an input within the company growth, is my aim to make and be part of a successful team that is directly involve in making the organization a success, as I believe I have a role to play in making things a success.

Pros: My long term goals which involves growing in a company where I can continue to learn and contribute as much of value as I can. Once I gain additional experience I would like to move through the ranks of the job
Cons: I can be too committed to my work and don’t spend enough time with other social activities. I work too hard. I care too much about my work.

Gained knowledge and experience in aspects of PA duties

I take great pride in my work and jumping through hoops as well I have learned those. Although I am highly adaptable to working environments, I do enjoy a “happy working environment “, as in general we all spend the majority of our time at work. I am applying for a position in Admin for your company as I'm keen on growing and learning in different environments, I'm easily adaptable as well as innovative. I may not have any certificates to my name, but I do have the skills, ability and knowledge. I’m friendly and efficient and will make your clients feel at ease. I am a conscientious person who takes pride in producing high quality work

Amazing learning experience

I grew slot working for the company and I cherish the experience . I learnt a lot about my ability to lead in the work space and we have ample opportunity to grow and engage deeper into the corporate world.
