My extensive management experience and the fact that I am technically qualified, coupled with my practical capability, is adding to the net worth I can provide to a business in the agricultural sector. I was very fortunate to be coached and provided opportunities by very renowned business managers and business leaders. I was also privileged to have served on several mid to senior manager levels and was very fortunate to have been involved and served on ExCom and on Board levels for companies. Being involved with and having the opportunity to lead and work with such fantastic teams and achieving exceptional results, set the path for my life. I live a life with a clear set of values. I live a life that empowers the growth of others and me. I live a life that focusses on teamwork. Excellent learning curve

Its a good environment.l to work although they lack professionalism sometimes.The supervisors are not qualified for the jobs that's the only challenge.

Pros: Good for someone starting a career
Cons: No bonus no motivation whatsoever
