Excellent learning curve

I learned a lot at this company. Now I am currently doing debtors, creditors, procurement, bookkeeping as well as invoicing. I believe I have gained more than enough experience and wish to grow further. I am no longer challenged by my work, there is nothing new to learn, my work is now routine. I have done a number of courses since I joined the company, such as Credit Management Certificate. I have a good relationship with both the clients as well as the colleagues. What makes my work challenging is having to wait on certain people to sign over documents as it slowe me down and I like to work in time. I enjoy communicating with the clients and resolving issues. I do pretty much what our whole department does therefore I am a backup for whichever colleague that may be absent

Cons: No opportunity for growth

Excellent learning curve

great working environment great working staff and culture opportunities for growth in terms of learning are there supportive managers and staff Everyone is very nice and care about your health . Management especially. Yes it is a fast paced working environment but you get used to it. It is not something crazy .

Good learning curve

Normal working hours a full day of pC board repairs have excellent relationships with co-workers that are all willing to stop and assist where it's required I have a whole lot new and latest technologies in regards to telecoms I enjoy doing site work and get to travel and come across new challenges and meet different people as it helps me build my intrapersonal skills The most challenging part is meeting a customer's demands in regards to deadlines and learning new systems and procedures that actually affect our working procedures
