EXcellent Learning Experience

A typical working day at Global BPO: We start very early in the morning so we can produce the best quality of work. We dont waste time and get straight into what we need to do for the day. We work in teams and the relationship with the other employees is great as everyone is so friendly and helpful towards one another. We respect one another and work well in a team aswell as individually. I have learnt a great amount being at Global BPO and gained a lot of experience. The best part is when you have deadlines to meet, which is very challenging and we work long hours under pressure to make those deadlines, its the greatest feeling knowing that you have achieved those deadlines as the CEO is happy and it has a great reflection on the Company.

Pros: There are great opportunities for promotion and experience gained
Cons: Long working hours and the pressure of deadlines

Excellent learning curve

Friendly co-workers, micromanagement, long working hours,shady environment. Health and safety is terrible. Unsupportive management, intimidating HR, again micromanagement.

Pros: Good stable income
Cons: No future for young people
