I have a very comprehensive background in the human Resources field. I have been a generalist in the field for more than 9 years. I enjoy working and simultaneously developing myself and employees. I am passionate about learning new things and people.this current job I still can't gasp the long hours worked here, but I'm doing it like I'm doing it for t.v.,everyday is crazier than the next with new challenges and the employees makes it extremely exciting.

Pros: I Get to do so many, different things daily, interacting with employees. They drive me crazy but the job gets done. Free transportation to and from work it's awesome to save a R1 or two. Everyday is challenging and you don't know what the next day will be like.
Cons: Hours are very long, No medical aid. Working with moody people and different emotions everyday. Calming people, being a referee.

Not bad for a start

Based on real interest and a future vision for my own career, I chose to study degrees that focus on operational management and general organizational management at various levels in any business environment. This background and preparation as well as my drive and energy will give me the capability and skill set to meet managements need for positive results in any set position. My related supervisory and operational experience should justify my role within any company. My experience will be useful in supporting the company’s senior management and directing various activities. As someone with an operational background I know it is very important to maintain businesses standards and even, in time, help to grow and develop the business through innovation and renewal of systems and processes.

Cons: long working hours
