Growing in the business

The company i work for makes sugar. Its been a long journey which was fun and exciting. I got to learn alot of things from the business. I worked individually and in a group. I experienced working with older people, who would depend on you on everything. I grew educationally. Being responsible for the job you do was the most important part, to always be accurate and make sure what you do is a 101% correct. I enjoy figures and reading. At first the challenges i faced was the numbers, it was easy when you would calculate them at school and they dont belong to anyone., but at work you have to make sure you sont loose or send money to the wrong people..

Pros: great opportunities to grow and get to where i want in life
Cons: i am a challenging person, who is willing to go the long mile
