Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK) Reviews

Excellent learning curve

I worked 9 hours for 4 days and get half day on Friday. I used to work on Saturday for over time and it usually 6 to 8 hours, it depends on you. I had a good relationship with my colleagues even with the bosses. As I was a Lab Trainee when I'm done with my daily work on time I used to help the analysts with their work and that also helped me a lot on improving my knowledge and skills. I enjoyed every single moment I had with them and my work, testing finished products and calirating instruments. The fact that someone's life is being saved because of me. The most challenging part I've experienced is when I had to a product and I was trained a once

Pros: Working at Gsk is a great opportunity because you are getting bonus according to your performances through out the year. You also being recognized when you're working hard.
Cons: Not recognising the qualification you have. You get paid the same amount with Degree personnel whereas you have masters
