Was a good opportunity to learn how to deal with multiple developments

I have nothing to say. it was fun while it lasted but its time for me to move on. the company culture has made it hard for me to want tot stay. I need knew challenges and want to work where there is room for growth and where I will have the opportunity to obtain my Diploma in Construction Management

Pros: Close to home
Cons: Bonus at owners discretion

I have learnt a lot here, especially with regards to managing sub contractors.

I learnt to managing several sites simultaneously. I learnt how to deal with pressure and time frames. Work environment is fairly "laid back" as we don't deal directly with clients. Biggest challenge is dealing with sub-contractors as they are always challI have learnt a lot here, especially with regards to managing sub contractors. enging you. They get lazy and always have an answer for everything

Pros: Deal with multiple people on different projects
Cons: No room for growth
