Duties nof the personal assistant to the managing director

co-ordination of Managing Director's electronic diary management travelling arrangements, flights, rental vehicles, accommodation, visas, passports, international roaming, international driver's licence etc ordering of stationery, filing, binding, copying scanning formatting of documents assisting site personnel ordering of safety ware, arranging payments for invoices, accommodations etc events planning, conference rooms arranging courses for personnel to attend and see that payment is made

Pros: i don't think there is any room to grow in current company
Cons: last minute travel arrangementd but not so bad

GladAfrica Experience

Although promoting integrity, this is not practiced by management. Revenue is used for other purposes, and sub-consultants are not paid for services delivered. All eggs are in one or two baskets, resulting in a lot of pressure on these portfolios, with no business plans known of, and relying on government work for most of its revenue. There is no trust between management and the rest, resulting in micro management, and unnecessary time wasted on explaining and re-explaining.

Cons: A lot of work for no payment by the client - Government

Good opportunities

Small company growing very quickly. Governance is being put in place but still operating as a small company to a large extent. Good opportunities. Nice people to work with.

Support brand manager fulfil brand objective on a day to day. Support events planner successful achieve events plan objectives. Good relationships with suppliers and Co workers
