Self-motivated, ambitious, dedicated, responsible, leadership qualities,

A typical work day at GL events would always be hyped for me as everyone relied on me to give the final say on anything and everything. I was responsible for overseeing all operations. I am a team leader and a team player and made an effort to know all my colleagues who I considered family rather than friends. I enjoyed the hype of my job, meeting new people, completing different events, it was a challenge that I was always up to and always completed to client's satisfaction. I would have to say that I have learned to trust no one as not everybody was as genuine as I am.

Pros: Opportunity to better yourself
Cons: long working hours, no family time

Average employee satosfaction and very demanding work environment

Typical includes following up on deals that havent yet been closed. Very wonderful relationships with coworkers I learnt time management, negotiation skills improved and to work independently All project are very demanding and limit my family time on weekend and public holidays and that was something i least enjoy.

Pros: Learnt a lot about the industry and various projects to manage with big budgets
Cons: Long hours, high targets
