Communication, typing,respect and being diverse

I interact with clients on a daily bases whether telephonically or physically. Generate quotations for vehicles that are to be serviced and invoices for vehicles that have been serviced. Keep record of incoming and out going cars. Book parts and deliver vehicle that have been serviced. And once in a while I help with servicings, but only if we under presure and there's a lot of work. I've a lot about how to communicate with different types of people, what do to when under presure and also how planing helps before you start working as it will limit mistakes. What I enjoy most is being hands on when it comes to servicing. Challenging aspect is dealing with angry clients.

Pros: Being hands on and learning more about cars
Cons: Dealing with different emotions from colleagues can at times get to you, so you have to learn to control yourself
