Lean manufacture, has a better way of controlling throughout the company.

It was a very good company to work for. One can say to yourself it was a very tough day, when things aint running the way you want, due to machine breakdowns, customers is screeming for there parts. Problemsolving kick in and help with assist the maintenace team. I am giving my all for every person in the company assist them in there production needs. Teach them if they make mistakes. Issue them with Verbal, Written and Final warnings when needed. I am learn a lot at the company special on the job training. I enjoy everyday of my life at work, due to my responsibility. Also whete it come to company property you should look after all equipment. Green area meetings held every morning for 5 - 10 minutes around the previous day production. I love and enjoy working with people and to manage. You get lots of challenging times such as quality defects, and maintenance problems and people that is absent from work.

Pros: I will always try to better myself for going up in the company.
Cons: I can tell that the hours I put in a day to make sure that things get done. Its just me

Operational effectiveness through Maintenance/Eng/Tool support

I think I will be a perfect candidate for the advertised position as my typical day envolves : Optimation Operations - Downtime to a min by means of preventative and predictive maintenance Eng/Toolroom improve effectives and driving operational effectives and efficiencies.

I have completed my studies in Storekeeping & Stock Control, Stores Management, N3-Engineering Mathematics and Mous Diploma in Computer literacy, After completing matric. I’m the Senior Storeman & Inventory Clerk of GKN Sinter Metals Engineering Company with 14years experience. I’m responsible for all General Store-Administration & Export Dispatching duties under the Supply Chain Department and can communicate at all levels in an organisation. A truly teaching experience

Working there was an okay day-to-day well with few days not so. Open space office and it keeps you mindful of what you are doing. It was good working with colleagues, no disagreements involving me. I learnt that changing for self is the best thing one can do. My challenges are trying to be a perfectionist then end up messing.
